We are Luke Swain, Suzanne Posthumus and Helder Goncalves, and we are the new tenants of The Red Lion. After a little sparkle of the pub, we have relaunched The Red Lion this April with an extended spring menu, and a new team.
Our Head Chef is the talented Helder Goncalves, and he will be serving your food from our new kitchen. Make sure to meet them.
Although this is a new chapter in The Red Lion's long and special history, with so many great names passing through its doors, we aim to preserve the almost movie magic and creativity that lives in this building.
